The visas to build in Spain increased by 37.5% in the first 8 months of 2016 compared to the previous year

According to data published by the Spanish Ministry of Development, in the accumulated since January, new building permits have increased 35.7% over the same period of 2015, with 42,869 visas, the best data of the last five years.

The official statistics on the construction of new construction, which is collected from the data collected from the colleges of technical architects, confirms that housing construction is again in vogue in the real estate sector.
