I don’t always write recommendations, but on this occasion I feel I should or at least say a huge thank you to Nicola Kemp from Barcelo Real Estate, Rojales, Spain.

From the time Nicola took over the sale of my house in Spain, she offered advice on how to get the best potential for the sale and even got a contractor in to sort out some painting, how helpful is that.

Nicola was always in touch, keeping me posted on any offers or even a message via whatsapp asking how I was, as there was no travel to Spain at the time due to COVID.

Nicola is really on the ball for selling houses, even though I never expected to sell for at least another 6 months, but Nicola did a fantastic job, before, during and after, nothing was too much trouble, I couldn’t have asked for more.
