PHASE 1
- New flooring throughout the outdoor areas.
- Replacement of the traditional balustrades with glass railings.
- Creation of an outdoor kitchen, storage room and bathroom.
PHASE 2
- Complete renovation of the garden area by the garage entrance.
- Installation of a bioclimatic pergola.
- Creation of a new garden area.
- Renovation of the guest bedroom and bathroom.
Two phases, one vision: transforming spaces and adding value to every property.
At Barceló Real Estate, together with Grupo Barceló, we believe in the potential of every property.
