News ​Alicante is leading the selling of houses with the recovery of real estate market.

In the second quarter this year more than 6,500 operations took place in the province, second only to Madrid and Barcelona.

The recovery of the real estate market in the province has been consolidated and Alicante is leading property sales so far this year. Yesterday two figures of the second quarter confirm that the sale of houses is showing signs of growth, although it is mostly met resale properties.

According to the Real Estate Registral Statistics of the Association of Registrars of the Comunitat, Alicante was the third province in absolute terms with the highest number of properties sold, second only to Madrid and Barcelona, with a much larger population.

The success of Alicante are supplemented with Valencia (the fifth, with 4,834 properties sold) and more modest Castellón (1,380 properties sold) to place Comunidad Valenciana in the first place in real estate market in Spain in relative terms that is, regarding its population.
